Cancelation Policy
The Dancing Loon has a non-refundable policy for classes missed by the student. Make-ups are available within the same level class throughout the session. Make-ups are not redeemable after 30 days from the missed class.
If there is a cancellation due to The Dancing Loon then the student will be credited for the class that is canceled.
It is up to the discretion of The Dancing Loon in cases of a student canceling due to an injury or sickness.
Inclement Weather
The Dancing Loon bases its cancelation policy on the Central Falls school district. It will be posted on the website and emails will be sent out when cancelations happen.
Covid Protocol
All students should be vaccinated. If a student is not vaccinated, then the Dancing Loon asks them to wear masks throughout the duration of the class. If a student has any symptoms of Covid, they are to refrain from class and can take a makeup at a later date when they are feeling better and have a negative test. ​The Dancing Loon asks all students to stay home if they are not feeling well. That means any sickness, couch, headache, nasal congestion, stomach problems, and anything thing else that is not normal for the individual.
